At Euroluce, the biennial lighting fair held in Milan last April, Philippe Starck revealed to Azure the dreams behind his three new fixtures for Italian lighting manufacturer Flos – and the challenges involved in creating them.

Two of the design world’s biggest names – Patricia Urquiola and Zaha Hadid – have done some heavy lifting, creating stunning marble products presented at Salone del Mobile in April.
