Danish architect Dorte Mandrup, the founder and creative director of her 25-year-old eponymous firm, has a line of internationally recognized iconic buildings to her name, including the Isfjord Center in Ilulissat, Greenland, and the Wadden Sea Centre in Esbjerg, Denmark. She is renowned for her artistic talent and expertise in solving complex problems — offering solutions that are playful, innovative, and poetic.
