Interested in learning about the latest innovative research in the interdisciplinary field of environmental design? Attend the 2nd annual Environmental Design Research Conference in Calgary on Thursday, March 22, 2018.
In a globalized world, issues like sustainability, resilience, vibrancy, livability, urban sprawl, public spaces and resource constraints are becoming increasingly commonplace. How do we improve the quality of the spaces in which we live and interact while addressing the multiplicity of challenges?
The conference features Dr. Penny Gurstein from UBC as the keynote, and her talk on the topic of “Inclusive Planning Through Community-Based Research” will follow the evening reception at 6pm. The conference also features a line-up of faculty and students who will be presenting their latest research on interdisciplinary research in environmental design.
