The BIG IDeA project at OCAD University is launching the next Micro Inclusive Design Challenge for Businesses where participants can explore inclusive design from two perspectives:

  1. Making businesses and services more accessible. This can include developing creative solutions for all kinds of challenges like easy ways to create accessible menus, making environments quieter, improving portable ramps, displaying goods in crowded spaces and providing service even when people can’t access a building.
  2. Re-designing products or goods.

Register and come with your own accessibility challenge or join an innovation team working on submitted challenge. Either way, you will learn how to bring inclusive design thinking to a business and will help improve accessibility for customers.

Note: Free to all, no experience required. Supplies, lunch and refreshments are provided.
