The Administrative Assistant will primarily be responsible for providing outstanding first impressions with clients and employees in-person, over the phone and via email, as well as supporting employees’ administrative project needs. Additionally, the Administrative Assistant will be responsible for coordinating meetings, as well as weekly happy hour set up and will also be maintaining, researching and proposing general office supplies, office equipment and facilities, as appropriate.


The ideal candidate for this position will be willing team player with a strong ability of communicating, understanding and working with different personality types, and proactively take initiative to assigned projects and tasks. This position requires high attention to detail, strong organization skills and a positive, can-do approach to work. Strong understanding of Microsoft Office is a must. Experience with Deltek is a plus.
