NBAX Architecture & Design are in search of a talented Architectural Designer to join their dynamic team. Collaborating closely with the founder, Nicola Beck, and the innovative design team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of luxury architectural design. This position offers the opportunity to contribute creatively to high-profile projects in the Middle East and China, while working in an environment dedicated to pushing the boundaries of architectural design.

Responsibilities:

• Contribute to the conceptualization and development of architectural designs for luxury hospitality, cultural, and commercial projects.
• Produce detailed drawings, renderings, and presentations using design software such as Rhinoceros, Adobe InDesign, and Adobe Illustrator to effectively communicate design concepts.
• Collaborate closely with the design team to ensure alignment between creative vision, client requirements, and project objectives.
• Utilize computational design tools and techniques to optimize design solutions and explore innovative possibilities.
• Participate in project meetings, client presentations, and design reviews to provide input and support project progression.
• Research and stay updated on industry trends, materials, and technologies to integrate innovative solutions into design proposals.
• Support project coordination and documentation, including preparing construction drawings, specifications, and permit documentation.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in architectural design software such as Rhinoceros for 3D modeling, and Adobe InDesign and Adobe Illustrator for graphic design and presentation purposes.
• Strong design sensibility and creativity, with the ability to translate conceptual ideas into compelling architectural solutions.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts effectively.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, while also demonstrating initiative and self-motivation.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or related field.
• Experience in luxury hospitality, cultural, or commercial projects is preferred but not required.
• Experience with computational design tools and parametric modeling is a plus.
• Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is advantageous.
