BIG is a group of 500+ architects, engineers, urbanists, inventors, researchers and business minds from all over the world who are based in our Copenhagen, New York, London and Barcelona offices. Join us on our mission if you are a Junior Designer who has:  

  • Completion of accredited Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or related field of study
  • 0-3 years post-graduation professional experience as a Junior Designer
  • Well-rounded project experience (Concept Design and Detail Design) is preferred
  • Excellent communication skills, fluent in English – spoken and written
  • Strong conceptual and design skills
  • Ability to develop design options in collaboration with and for consideration of design team
  • Ability to prepare, develop and edit drawings and models as they relate to the project
  • Should have strong abilities with Rhino, Photoshop, Illustrator and In-Design
  • Should have familiarity with Revit, V-ray and Enscape
  • Strong organizational skills, able to work under pressure, meet deadlines and manage one’s own time
  • Willingness to take on constructive guidance in response to direction from Project Leadership
  • A flexible and open attitude towards new and iterative ways of working
  • Experience working in a leading American or international architecture office is preferred

  • Be generous – share your knowledge and skills with other BIGsters and mentor others when you can
