Hubert Zandberg Interiors is hiring a Junior Interior Designer to join its team in London.
Responsibilities of the Junior Interior Designer:
- preparation of presentation boards for client meetings and presentations
- assisting in the development of design schemes
- CAD skills implemented in prospective client pitches and presentations
- presentation of elevations
- issue drawings, electrical layouts, etc.
- planning and orders, liaising with suppliers and chasing invoices
- stock-taking and assistance with shipments
- participation in progress meetings with clients (and senior management) when required
- record all meetings in minute format and issue to all attendees
- obtain fabric and furniture quotes for client budgets
- assisting in the implementation of design schemes
- co-ordination of site visits with sub-contractors
- sourcing and procurement of all goods (furniture, fabrics, accessories, etc.) through Estimac
- processing of invoices once received from suppliers
- coordination of deliveries to site
- assisting with site installations
- snagging and de-snagging
- archiving of projects once completed
- general office tasks as and when required
- ensure the studio sample library is kept in good order
- ad hoc admin work as required
