This is an exciting opportunity for a Lighting Visualizer to work in a team of lighting specialists alongside a multidisciplinary team of architects and engineers to help create cutting edge architecture.

Responsibilities:

  • Producing lighting design visualizations of concepts and schemes using physical based rendering
  • Support the team in designing, understanding and developing design strategies through visualization
  • Production of design reports, presentations as required
  • Time management to ensure deadlines are met
  • Seek, complete and record evidence of, continuing professional development (CPD)
  • To have thorough knowledge of and compliance with F+P procedures and standards

Essential Skills Required:

  • An interest in architecture and lighting design
  • Being inventive, resourceful, pro-active and enthusiastic
  • Excellent design and visual communication skills, using a variety of media
  • Applicants must be experienced users of 3dMax, Vray, Photoshop
  • Must be enthusiastic and willing to learn new skills, able to take instruction as part of a team, yet when required work independently
  • Communicate and present in English, both written and verbally
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, and working well in a team
  • Able to work under pressure to meet deadlines
  • Legally able to work in the United Kingdom

Desired Qualities:

  • Experience of one or more of the following: architectural lighting, theatrical lighting, daylighting, Revit, Rhino, Corona, iRay, Maya, LuxRender, Maxwell Render, Adobe Creative Suite, Video Editing
