The Manager, Product Data – Toronto is an experienced product data expert with advanced skills across a range of applications and functionalities. Candidate will be responsible for developing and executing departmental strategies that support and improve Product Data Management in the JDE environment. Candidate will work in close partnership with cross-functional teams across the organization to accomplish these goals.

Essential Functions & Responsibilities

  • Direct responsibility for all Product Data Techs at the Toronto site.
  • Create and execute plans based on understanding of business stakeholder strategy/goals
  • Work cross-functionally with various business units to achieve goals and improve efficiencies
  • Utilize master data expertise to effectively and efficiently manage projects
  • Communicate with stakeholders at multiple levels on updates, adds, transition and changes to the system and processes
  • Identify and evaluate opportunities for continuous improvement of data quality, processes and standards
  • Maintain department reporting and metric
  • Support the system transition to Oracle EBS

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Information Technology or related field
  • 5 + years of experience in master data management; MDM, data quality or related work experience
  • Experience working with JD Edwards preferred
  • Prior managerial/supervisory experience required
  • Experience creating and executing short-term tactical plans as well as long-term departmental strategic plans
  • Experience managing projects and resources
