AZURE Media currently has an immediate opening for a Media Sales Manager. As a member of the Sales team, the Media Sales Manager will contribute to successfully growing the business while maximizing revenue streams with existing and new partners.
- Managing and growing established relationships with existing partners and ad agencies.
- Prospecting for new business through effective + selective research, leads sourcing, cold calling, and generating sales on Azure’s multimedia platforms.
- Capability to create and deliver customized and innovative sales media proposals
- Scheduling and attending sales meetings with business owners, marketers, ad agencies & other stakeholders to identify marketing challenges and goals, and present targeted partnership solutions.
The ideal candidate has:
- A minimum of 5-year sales experience in any all the media industry platforms: print, digital or events.
- Preferably a degree in marketing/advertising, great written and communication skills, strong organizational skills and familiarity with the digital media landscape and its marketing opportunities.
- Proven experience in generating new business and in achieving sales revenue targets
- Excellent knowledge of CRM software, Excel, PowerPoint etc.
- Ability to connect and develop relationships with decision makers.
- Fast learner who can adapt, understand and contribute to our media mandate and proposition.
- A creative and positive mind who can thrive in our fast changing media landscape
