The firm behind the design voted People’s Choice for Adaptive Re-Use in the 2023 AZ Awards, Studioninedots, is looking for a Modeller/Technical Designer to join their team in Amsterdam. They are seeking a team member capable of leading a project to a higher level from concept to realization.

Modeller/Technical Designer Requirements

• You hold an architecture degree (master’s degree from TU, Academy of Architecture or similar)
• You have at least three years’ work experience
• You are a team player, efficient and precise
• You have an affinity with housing construction and building technology
• You have demonstrable knowledge of construction, experience with Dutch construction and regulations, and experience with all project phases
• You have a good knowledge and command of Archicad
• You have an excellent command of Dutch (oral and written)
• You have experience with complex housing projects and high-rise construction
