Job Title: Planning Policy and Place Manager (Req No. 001372)
Service Area / Directorate: Planning, Sustainable Development and Regulatory Services
Salary and Grade: Circa £67k per annum. Relocation package available, up to £8k (subject to qualifying criteria)
Hours: 37 per week
Location: Oxford – St Aldate’s Chambers

We are looking for a talented individual with vision, drive and exceptional place shaping and influencing skills to help deliver our new local plan for Oxford and support the work on the related Oxfordshire Joint Statutory Spatial Plan and the Oxfordshire Growth and Housing Deal. In this role you will also lead the design and heritage areas, ensuring new development in the city achieves the highest standards and the historical and architectural significance of Oxford is protected now and in future.
