Clover Studio has an opportunity for an experienced Project Architect to join its team in Bristol, UK.
This role entails working on a team for an international project with a mixed-use program of: museum, event space, co-working, retail, dining and indoor and outdoor sports. The applicant needs to be adaptable to working across a range of project types and all RIBA stages.
The applicant must be based in Bristol long term. However, there is the possibility of a short transition – working from the London studio or remotely. The applicant should also have a willingness to travel for projects abroad.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Good communication and organisation skills
- Ability to work in an autonomous manner
- Experience in delivering high quality concept and competition format documents
- Strong sketching and design development skills in 2D and 3D
- Experience in rendering process and managing visualiser teams
- A flexible approach to working as part of a dynamic team
- Experience in producing and delivering high quality stage 4 drawings
- Experience in running projects from inception to completion
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Rhino and Adobe Creative Suite
