Requirements

• Licensed with OAA
• Minimum 5 years post-graduation work experience designing buildings in cold-climate environments, including considerations for energy efficiency, building envelope performance, and winter weather conditions.
• Proficiency in construction detailing for Part 3 buildings
• Experience with Contract Administration and field review
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Excellent leadership and organizational skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Additional Skills

• Knowledge of construction detailing for Part 9 buildings
• Working experience with Revit, AutoCAD, and SketchUp
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite
• Drivers’ License
• Knowledge of Passive House, Net Zero, LEED, and sustainable design strategies
