Patricia Urquiola uses an innovative silkscreening method to create tone-on-tone patterns for Mutina’s new Cover line.

A clay and micro-grit mixture is applied to the surface of homogeneous porcelain stoneware, and serves as a base for varied patterns with a handmade look and feel. The unglazed slabs are available in three standard sizes, up to 120 by 240 centimetres.
