This collection of wall sconces is a contemporary interpretation on traditional Chinese lanterns and is made by Articolo’s network of local artisan metalworkers and glassblowers.

The sculptural forms combine luxurious materials in a pleasingly geometric profile, which features a smoothly tapered metal shade hung from a simple cylindrical peg; the rounded glass shade casts a shadow of conical light that creates a subdued ambiance.

The hand-finished shades are made from brass and offered in natural, mid-bronze or satin nickel, while the glass is available in a muted palette that includes tea, aubergine, grey, clear, snow and teal – metals and glasses can be combined in multiple variations and include a flexible cord in black, white or ivory.
