Two pure geometric forms – a sphere and an oval – converge in a simply yet stunning effect with the Bold pendant and wall lamps, designed by Valencia-based La Mamba studio. Made from blown opaline triplex glass, Bold’s shade is an opaque white, which is contrasted by a rich matte-black finished high-precision machined aluminum cap.

With the wall version, the black detail appears as a platform of sorts that the shapely orb seems to balance on, while the pendant application has the shade suspended from two near-invisible black wires.

Bold’s clean design works in both private residences and hospitality settings, such as lobbies or hotel hallways, with its graphic black-and-white contrast injecting visual impact.
