The tabletop of Doppio is twofold: Each side is made with a different material that are then mounted back-to-back. The surface can easily be flipped (without the need for tools) to showcase either one. Designed by New York’s Brad Ascalon and made in Italy, the table features a double horizontal strut base that adds to the overall strong geometry.

One side of the MDF tabletop is finished in a rich black lacquer, which can be partnered with either natural or black-stained oak or walnut veneer (a stone option is also available), while the frames steel T-structures are powder-coated black.

The Scandinavian furniture-maker produces the Doppio table with a carbon neutral footprint.
