In a nod to traditional Japanese carpentry which utilizes complex joinery techniques, all elements of this table from New York-based Pelle is handcrafted from a single material – solid aluminum.

The three legs are milled down to 1/1000 of an inch, allowing them to be seamlessly connected to the circular surface. The table is hand-finished using a non-directional method that enhances the continuity of the design.
