With her latest tile collection Fragments, New York multidisciplinary artist and designer Aimée Wilder turned to vintage mosaics for inspiration and added a lively sense of playfulness through shape and colour.

Made of encaustic cement, the striking hexagonal tiles feature a confetti-like spattering of square dots that can be arranged in an orderly formation. Otherwise, the hex can be rotated 60 degrees to create an irregular pattern.

Suede Tan
Powder Thyme

The Fragments series is offered in 10 colourways that range from contrasting black and white to combinations of neutral grounds with fresh accent tones like green, turquoise, tan, thyme and more.

Deep Frost
Fossil Shale

Providing both a graphic visual and subtle textural effect, the patterned tiles can be used alone or paired with coordinating Solid Hex options, which come in 14 complementary hues.

Ebony Bisque
Azure Swan

Suitable for both residential and commercial settings (with a required surface sealer and additional sealant for high-traffic areas), the tiles can also be used for exterior contexts like swimming pools and outdoor patios (with proper installation).
