For their first collaboration with Wiener GTV Design, Leonardo and Marzia Dainelli of Milan-based Dainelli Studio crafted a minimal, 1970s inspired collection of soft seating that works equally as well in residential spaces as the contract market it was conceived for.

Characterized by refined lines and a strong contemporary rigour, the two- and three-seater sofas and lounge chair that comprise the series reveal a focused attention to detail: slender solid wood poles form the feet, rising up to then frame and support the upholstered armrests, with both ends of the rod finished with a decorative brass semi-circular cap.

Dense polyurethane memory foam filling in the back and seat cushions creates a comfortable perch with unexpectedly slim proportions. Steam-curved beech wood arches connect the frame and legs; all wood is black-lacquered to create a sophisticated contrast to the range of upholstery options available.
