When conceiving the Random Offenders collection, New York-based designer Ghislaine Viñas delved into Wolf-Gordon’s extensive archives to find discontinued prints and colourways that she wanted to resurrect and put a light-hearted spin on.

Viñas also explored vintage fashion and beauty trends from the 1960s, ’70s and ’80s to elevate the dated stripes, dots and repeating geometrics with subtle manipulations to the details and scales.

The three patterns in the collection include: Holding Pattern, a digitally printed Type II and Mylar covering that mimics the concept of being stuck in a behavioural loop through a series of shapes in shifting tones that are bisected by linear elements (in seven colourways); the bleach-cleanable Type II Tangled Up, an interpretation of a decades-old staple with that features a vertical focus through rippling and minimalist lines (in 17 colourways); and Vicious Circle, a bleach-cleanable Type II that features concentric circles intersected by bold lines that draw the eye back and forth (in seven colourways).
