Directly referencing the structural shape of a steel I-beam, the Fold stool by Copenhagen multidisciplinary studio Aspekt Office balances its rugged industrial roots with a minimal and clean-lined silhouette. 

Intended as an unbreakable monolithic piece, the compact and legless perch is composed of four stainless steel pieces welded together – a folded vertical backbone with rectangular seat and base and a slender cylindrical footrest. 

At once elegant and robust, Fold is offered in three shimmering powder-coated finishes – glossy white, yellow or grey – and three heights: 45 (without footstool), 65 and 75 centimetres.
