Andrew Sidford Architects is seeking an experienced, detail-focused Architect to join their firm in Newburyport. The ideal candidate enjoys problem-solving, experimenting with innovative materials in architecture, and perfecting building science.

Qualifications

• Have at least four years of post-graduate, professional firm experience working in all stages of site research, design development, construction documents, and construction administration
• Have expertise in Revit, Bluebeam, Adobe Suite
• Have experience and a solid understanding of building science & design including detailing of exterior envelope and facades
• Possess strong time management and organization skills in order to balance several projects in various stages of development
• LEED certification a plus
• Be able to work independently as well as collaborate with a team in a fast-paced environment
• Have professional and pleasant written and verbal skills for in-office and client communications
• Have reliable transportation and desire for site visits
