Gorman & Company USA is seeking a highly experienced Project Architect to join their headquarters in Phoenix, Arizona to contribute to their community development projects.

Qualifications

• 8-10 years of experience in multifamily and hospitality design, with a proven record of successful project delivery
• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, and SketchUp is a must
• Strong project management and communication skills, with the ability to lead teams and collaborate effectively
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (Master’s preferred)

Responsibilities

• Design Excellence – create visionary designs for multifamily, historic, and hospitality projects
• Manage design team, timeline and design consultants ensuring seamless project execution
• Navigate and apply full Building Code and life-safety analysis, ensuring every project meets the highest standards
• Work closely with the Development, Construction, and Property Management teams, integrating feedback to enhance project outcomes
• Oversee construction correspondence, track project changes, and ensure designs come to life as envisioned, through construction support
