Perron-Roettinger is looking for an Architectural Designer to join the Interiors department of their Los Angeles studio. The selected candidate will work closely with the Creative Director on developing design concepts.

Responsibilities

• Assistance in all areas of design, including Ideation, Schematic Design and Design Development
• Assistance in project coordination and construction administration with architects, suppliers + fabricators, consultants and other third parties
• Responsibility for creating final architectural design packages including detailed floor plans, elevations, reflected ceiling plans, finish schedules, hardware schedules and other specifications as needed
• Responsibility for material sourcing, specifications and custom furniture design
• Preparation of comprehensive creative decks including mood boards, layouts and renders.
• Keeping of clear and accessible records of all correspondence and meetings
• Assistance in the management of the Perron-Roettinger material library

Requirements

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Rhino, and Adobe Suite
• At least 3 years working experience in interiors, architecture or as architectural designer
• Bachelors Degree in a related field
• Basic understanding of building materials, systems, specifications, codes, details and construction techniques
• Ability to multitask across various projects
• Strong verbal communication & graphic presentation skills
• Proficiency in 3D rendering programs such as V-Ray and Cinema4D a plus
