Piercy&Co is hiring a Midweight Designer 4 to 5+ years of post bachelor experience. You’ll be based out of their Interiors studio in London, United Kingdom. Piercy&Co is looking for a Midweight Designer who is a versatile interior designer or interior architect with strong workplace experience.

Qualifications

• Outstanding conceptual, design and visual communication skills, as well as detail-oriented
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Experience of pitches and design competitions
• 4-5 years plus of post bachelor experience
• Proven working knowledge of new build interior and retrofit projects, including FF&E procurement, materials, finishes, detailing and scheduling
• Experience working with clients in space budgeting and space planning
• Ability to manage more junior team members and maintain excellent client and consultant relationships
• On-site experience
• Familiarity with current UK regulations, codes, BSA and best practice
• A passion for pushing forward a sustainability agenda within interior projects
• Experience in joinery packages and bespoke furniture design would be of advantage
• Skill in the use of a range of creative and CAD programmes including Revit, Rhino and Enscape
