CORE Architects is hiring an Architectural Technologist with 5 to 10 years of experience. You’ll be based out of their office in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. They are looking for someone with demonstrated professional experience in architectural design, and exceptional skills in producing and coordinating contract documents.

Qualifications

• Proficient with Revit v2020 and AutoCAD v2020 or higher
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
• Working knowledge of primary programs in Adobe Creative Suite
• Working knowledge of Sketch up and similar 3D modeling massing software 
• Knowledge of design and construction approvals processes
• Knowledge of materials and methods and their application
• Ability to work independently and be self motivated
• Knowledge of developing and coordinating documents at all phases of work
