KM7000 Series Induction Cooktops by Miele

Designed by Miele to be unobtrusive and seamlessly installed, the frameless KM7000 induction cooktops (shown is KM7735) are equipped with four cooking zones plus a PowerFlex area that can be programmed to serve as individual cooking surfaces or combined into one large one. The energy-efficient appliances offer multiple modes, including Auto Heat-Up, Stop & Go (which reduces all active cooking surfaces to the lowest level simultaneously to prevent burning) and a “keep warm” function that maintains a consistent temperature until the rest of the meal is ready.

A new statement-maker from Dacor, this 30-inch induction cooktop features an intuitive full-touch command centre that controls the nine flexible cooking modules from one place. To accommodate pots and pans in a variety of sizes, up
to four of the modules can be synced together into one large FlexZone. Each “element” features an LED “virtual flame” to signify when it’s in use, while a built-in seven-inch screen offers an expert Chef Mode guide with advice and step-by-
step recipe instructions.
