Spring 2026

Furniture and lighting from Milan, new directions in architecture and urbanism, Sydney’s Fish Market, Toronto’s LRT line and more — the Spring 2026 Issue of Azure focuses on products and perspectives across scales.

Situated in the Daimaru Department Store, Camper Osaka is the latest in an ongoing “Camper Together” series of collaborations between the Spanish footwear brand and contemporary designers such as Catalan designer Marti Guixé, Dutch Studio Makkink & Bey and London duoDoshi Levien.

The minimalist Osaka boutique is completely white with the exception of two contrasting red metal stools matching the Camper logo. Footwear mounted around the perimeter appears to float thanks to thin pipes rising from the floor and walls, while others are affixed directly to the shop’s surfaces. To give the illusion of walking in slow motion, Sato playfully varied the angle of each shoe lending the shop an airy, whimsical quality.

Camper Osaka is located in the Daimaru Department Store at 3-1-1, Umeda, Kita-ku in Japan.
