Reading Kenya Hara’s conceptual book White, published by Lars Müller, made me understand several issues around colour and emotions in a new way.

Watching A film that left me unable to breathe at the end of it was Paolo Sorrentino’s La Grande Bellezza. I rarely get to see Italian movies now, and this one is so connected to tradition. When I go back to Italy, it is not as I remember it.

Listening We listen to music while we are working, mostly classical and jazz, and very small bands that don’t take a commercial point of view. Being a musician is a tough business: if you decide that you aren’t interested in making money, you understand you’re going to have a tough life. I appreciate that.
