Watching
A film that stands out for me is Paris, Texas by Wim Wenders, the story of a man lost in the desert and trying to remedy his mistakes. It’s the most poetic example of the “on the road” genre that I’ve ever seen.

Reading
I recommend Johann Wolfgang von Goethe’s Elective Affinities, because everything is a matter of affinities. It also speaks to my relationship with the objects that I design.
