- Over 500 manufacturers will showcase their latest products at the annual Kitchen & Bath Industry Show, taking place April 19 to 21 in New Orleans. Here are five standouts from Fleurco, Richelieu, Caesarstone and others.

1 Urbana by Fleurco
The Montreal company introduces two shower bases, including Urbana, which incorporates an ergonomic seat, three storage nooks and a concealed drain. Made of composite polymer, it is scratch- and stain-resistant.
2 Tandem Plus Blumotion by Blum
The newest drawer runner from Blum offers an increased load capacity of up to 150 pounds, with bottom mounting holes that allow it to be easily mounted to a fixed shelf or a cabinet with a flush bottom. Available in varying lengths, it has the same smooth running action and soft close as Blum’s older runners.
3 Waterstone Collection by Cambria
Named for the posh town on the English coast, this collection’s Torquay natural quartz comes in an understated cream complemented by swirls of gray and tan. Here, it’s shown as a kitchen countertop, but other applications include walls, tub and shower surrounds and fireplaces.
4 Kite by Richelieu
Designed by Giuseppe Bavuso (who often collaborates with Italian furniture manufacturer Poliform) Kite is a 1.6 watt LED fixture that tucks underneath kitchen cabinets and has an average lifespan of 50,000 hours. The aluminum fixture incorporates a touch switch and a dimming function to modulate its light, which ranges from neutral to warm white.
5 Multi-View by Napoleon Fireplaces
This line of direct-vent gas fireplaces provide a dramatic focal point between two rooms. It comes in two versions – See Thru or the three-sided Peninsula (shown) – with designer fire cradles, including one with topaz glass embers. The electronic ignition has a battery backup.
6 Supernatural by Caesarstone
Inspired by marble, this line of five quartz countertop designs (including Frosty Carrina, above) is the latest addition to the Classico collection. Infused with delicate veins that lend an earthy feel, Supernatural is stain-, scratch- and heat-resistant and suited to a variety of applications, including backsplashes, wall-paneling and countertops.
7 Electric Baseboard by Runtal
Known for its vertical-panel radiators, Runtal unveils this horizontal version. Made from powder-coated welded steel, the electric radiator combines radiant heat with high outputs and low surface temperatures. In comes in sizes up to three metres and in 10 standard shades, but can be ordered in more than 100 colours from Runtal’s palette.
8 Aventis by Florida Tile
This minimalist, concrete-like porcelain tile for floors and walls comes in six shades – ranging from creamy beige to dark black – derived from blending a base colour with a stain that adds a shimmery contrast. Available square, rectangular or in a mosaic, the product is made of 40 per cent post-industrial recycled content, earning it Greenguard certification.
