Last night, at Toronto’s Evergreen Brick Works, the Red Dot and iF award-winning company announced its arrival to North America with a party, serving up a four-course culinary experience prepared by some of the city’s top chefs, including Jamie Kennedy, Tom Brodi of Ritz Carlton’s Toca restaurant, and Top Chef Canada winner Dale MacKay. Each celebrity chef manned a station and presented a dish made with Kenwood’s Cooking Chef – a unique all-in-one appliance that combines a mixer and an induction element, allowing chefs to stir and cook simultaneously.

While Kenwood is planning to roll out a dozen appliances over the coming months, Cooking Chef is one of its most coveted items. The 12-piece industrial-standard mixer is equipped with loads of flashy accessories, including a dough hook attachment for baking and various beaters for whipping up anything from creams to stews. Its innovative features are truly impressive, including having four outlets for powering a blender and food processor, making this an all-in-one compact appliance ideal for condo dwellers.

The collection officially debuts in September, at department stores and specialty retailers across Canada.
