1
Konrad Collection by De Gaspé

Since its founding in 2014, Montreal-based design studio De Gaspé has been producing heirloom-quality furniture with a firm commitment to sustainability – for every piece of furniture sold, the brand will have 100 trees planted through its partnership with global environmental platform Veritree. With an impressive range of interior pieces for both the residential and commercial markets, the made-in-Canada company recently ventured to the great outdoors for the first time with its Konrad collection.

The meticulously engineered Konrad dining/lounge chair aspires to bring a cool Canadian identity to patios, balconies, backyards and cottages. Made from powder-coated steel with a slatted back and seat, the stackable chair effortlessly accommodates both leaning back and up-right dining positions and is available in five nature-inspired colourways. Its partner, the Konrad side table, comes in the same colour palette and features a convenient built-in handle for easy toting. A UV- and water-resistant Dekton tabletop in Polar ensures the piece is carefree and durable.
2
Keene Collection by Loll Designs

With a dining chair, lounge chair, bar stool and dining table, the Keene collection from Loll Designs covers all your al fresco needs. The cohesive Keene family is designed with an open stainless-steel frame (in a brushed finish or powder-coated black or white) for a light and airy appearance, while the replaceable HDPE slats (derived from recycled single-use plastics like milk jugs and shampoo bottles) come in a rainbow of vibrant and neutral tones.

Stackable up to four high, the Keene dining chair can be paired with the Keene dining table to create cozy bistro-style set-ups for intimate meals or cocktails, and both are durable enough to withstand even the harshest of weather, meaning the no-maintenance pieces can be left out all year-long.

Made You Look Chair by Blu Dot

Putting a fresh all-weather spin on the traditional cane chair, the playfully named Made You Look chair from Blu Dot is appointed with an intentionally exaggerated and disproportionate backrest to enhance its comfort and lend it a dynamic silhouette. Both the extra-wide back and the gently curved seat are made with a weather-resistant plastic rattan woven in a large-scale, double-sided classic caning pattern, which balances flexibility and support.

Minimizing material use, the Made You Look chair’s slender steel frame creates a handsome outline for the textural caning without any unnecessary flourish. Four powder-coated colourways are available – White, Tomato, Oblivion (or black) and Dark Olive – with each expressing its own personality while also complementing the texture and warmth of the inviting (and stackable up to six high) seat.

Utzon(s) Collection by Eco Outdoor

Based on a sofa that Danish architect Jørn Utzon – the creative mind behind the iconic Sydney Opera House – designed for his own family home in Mallorca, the eight-piece Utzon(s) outdoor collection from Australian-founded architectural surfaces and furniture brand Eco Outdoor was created in close collaboration with visual artists Lin Utzon and Mika Utzon Popov, daughter and grandson of the architect.

Embodying the original design’s minimalist spirit and sustainable materiality, the Utzon(s) collection is crafted from solid teak through a process that combines handmade and high-tech methods. Showcasing architecturally inspired details like finger joints, bullnose edges, truss legs, horizontal rear rails and generously sized planks, the Utzon(s) collection is a celebration of the architect’s legacy. Comprised of a sofa, lounge chair, gallery bench and daybed as well as a dining bench, dining table and two stools, the series expresses a distinct and sophisticated design language that is at once timeless and contemporary.
2
Erica ’25 Collection by B&B Italia

Architect and designer Antonio Citterio recently expanded on his renowned Erica outdoor furniture collection for B&B Italia to include new and different typologies intentionally designed to harmonize and accentuate a multitude of private and public settings. Retaining the distinguishing characteristics of the elegant series – lightweight die-cast aluminum frames, interlaced polypropylene ribbons and distinctive feet – the additions have a visual continuity and enduring appeal.

Standouts from the Erica ’25 collection from B&B Italia include a curved sofa, a versatile modular sofa system and a high-back armchair with integrated headrest cushion, all of which can be used to create convivial and inviting set-ups. Along with these expansion pieces (plus a daybed, sun lounger, arm chair and dining and coffee tables), three fresh new colourways were also introduced – cream white, aquamarine green and olive bronze – to the existing palette of anthracite and dove grey.
3
Pantalica Collection by Molteni&C

For her Pantalica collection for Molteni&C, Italian designer Elisa Ossino took inspiration from the archaic forms and ancient cultures of Sicily and the Mediterranean basin to devise a series of sculptural pieces that balance sinuous curves with an elegant linearity. Comprised of a daybed, coffee table and stools (and a coordinating rug), the Pantalica collection has a pure artistic quality as well as a strong connection to nature.

A contemporary interpretation of Ossino’s “timeless fascination with primitivism,” the Pantalica collection is crafted with circular materials that can be reintroduced to the production cycle at end of life: Weatherproof polypropylene rattan is woven around a sturdy aluminum base to give the pieces a natural earthy look. With the daybed, a cylindrical motif plays out across the curve of the back and the cushions, which mould to and support the body. Upholstered in any fabric from the brand’s outdoor textile collection, the cushions have removable covers for quick cleaning and are held in place by a flexible EVA strap. The stools and tables, meanwhile, pair strong geometric shapes with squat legs in a reference to those ancient forms.
