Nuanu City and iFarm have partnered to host the Vertical Farm Design contest, starting with an open call for architects to design a state-of-the-art vertical farm.

The contest seeks innovative minds who can offer design solutions aligned with Nuanu City’s vision. The design should ensure sustainability and food safety while contributing to the preservation of the biodiversity of the region.

A panel of experts will evaluate draft concept submissions based on a set of criteria.

The winning submission will receive a contract to further develop their design and collaborate with a team of experts to bring their vision to life. The second and third place winners will receive a prize of $1,500 and $500 respectively. This competition will allow the winner to shape the future of agriculture in Bali and around the world.
