The Chechen Republic has announced an open call for the development of a masterplan for the city of Grozny.

This open call is for professional organizations in the field of integrated development of territories and urban planning, and architecture. The submissions should be capable of attracting specialists in the field of economics, finance, content programming to the team.

In the qualifying round, the jury will select three finalists to develop the competition proposals. All Finalists will receive a remuneration of RUB 4,000,000, including all taxes and fees.

The winner will be the author of the best Competition Proposal, selected as a result of voting by the members of the Competition Jury.

Additional prizes will be granted after the winning selections for the open call to masterplan Grozny are made, with 1st place receiving RUB 4,000,000, 2nd place receiving RUB 2,500,000, and 3rd place receiving RUB 1,500,000.
