The University of Waterloo School of Architecture’s class of 2025 reaffirms the school’s long-standing presence in Rome with the Presence Roma XLV Exhibition. The exhibit will feature an array of design projects, sketches, photographs and videos from students in the graduating class, seeking to convey the lasting impact of their temporary stay in Rome, where ancient buildings and urban armatures are inhabited by a modern people. Waterloo’s School of Architecture explores a reciprocal approach to these spaces, striving to take in the rich history of the land while providing a unique perspective.
