Design Biennale Rotterdam 2025 presents SHOW NOT SHOW, an invitation into the world of makers—creators who do not just reveal the finished product, but also take you on a journey through their creative process. This exhibition goes beyond simply showcasing the outcome; it offers an immersive exploration of the process itself, capturing the dynamic tension between observation and experience.

After the positive reception of its first edition, presented during Dutch Design Week 2024, Design Biennale Rotterdam invites visitors to its second exhibition. Featuring a brand new catalogue from designers Frank Penders, Lucas Zito, Marc Meeuwissen (Dear Objects), Mokko (Aad Bos), Studio Fabius Clovis, and Studio Luuk van Laarhoven, the exhibition presents a diverse collection of functional and autonomous objects offering unique design perspectives. The exhibition will be in collaboration with the Fundamental Eatery, where the NOT SHOW section of the exhibition will merge with their Unfinished exhibition.
