Utopian Hours is the festival of “making cities”: the ideas, projects and places that are bettering life in cities around the world. Starting from its first edition in 2017, the festival, organized by the non-profit cultural organization Torino Stratosferica, gives a voice to the people behind these changes: city makers, activists, architects and innovators share their experiences, stimulating new visions for the future of Turin and thoughts on the concept of city itself.

Utopian Hours is also the moment to imagine a stratospheric Turin together. Proposals for a city at its best find their space during the festival, originating from visiting experts (the Visiting Urban Explorers) and brilliant citizens.
