Wren Conversations: Building Cities, Past and Present

World Monuments Fund partners with Square Mile Churches to host the second talk in its series, Wren Conversations: Building Cities, Past and Present. This series explores the work of architect Christopher Wren to mark the 300 years since his death.

The talk held at St Stephen Walbrook addresses the challenges of designing buildings in historic settings in cities such as London, as well as designing buildings and infrastructure that meet community needs and tackle the climate crisis.

Sir David Bell will chair the talk, with architects Amanda Levete at ALA, Sumayya Vally at Counterspace, Kate Murphy at Foster + Partners and Rab Bennetts at Bennetts Associates as speakers.
