Cumulus Architects has an opportunity for Intermediate Architects interested in making an impact on a diverse range of innovative projects across Canada.

In this role you will be involved in:

• Develop conceptual designs and space planning in collaboration with the team
• Produce highly accurate technical and contract documentation for construction of projects
• Collaborate with consultants, contractors, fabricators, specification writers, and regulatory agencies to meet overall project objectives
• Supervise and mentor junior staff

What they are looking for in a candidate:

• 5 – 10 years of practice experience
• Strong conceptual, graphic and design skills
• Proficiency in Revit and related production software
• Strong knowledge of the Ontario Building Code and other applicable laws
• Eligibility for Membership in the OAA
• Critical thinking, effective problem solving and decision-making skills
• Experience preparing design and construction documents
• Excellent communicator

The salary range for this position is $70,000 – $95,000. Final compensation will be determined based on experience, skills and internal equity.
