Ædifica is seeking a bilingual intermediate technologist to join their Montreal-based team.

THE ROLE

• Develop plans and produce technical drawings based on design or instruction drawings.
• Design and produce details while respecting norms and standards.
• Follow the directives of the technical program to ensure compliance.
• Ensure the application of building codes, municipal regulations or any other report or technical document related to the mandates assigned to you.
• Develop technical solutions in accordance with the conceptual orientations predefined in the mandate.
• Interact and collaborate in resolving technical problems with different professionals.
• Carry out readings and draw them up on computer files.
• Ensure the classification and archiving of computer files and other documents relevant to various projects, ensuring their updating and integrity, according to office procedures.

QUALIFICATIONS

• DEC in architectural technology
• Eight years experience in a similar position
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit software
• Interest in design
• Attention to detail
