Moriyama Teshima Architects is hiring a Junior Graphic Designer with 2+ years of experience. You’ll be based out of their office in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. This is an opportunity to collaborate closely with the Marketing Director, Proposal Specialists, and studio team to create compelling, brand-aligned materials that express the vision behind their projects. Moriyama Teshima Architects is looking for someone who is passionate about design, storytelling, and working in a creative, mission-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Design and produce materials including proposals, presentations, brochures and reports
• Develop layouts and infographics that visually communicate key ideas
• Work with the marketing team and studio staff to craft compelling visual narratives
• Support the marketing team with graphic needs for events, interviews, awards, and campaigns
• Assist with signage, wayfinding, and environmental graphics as needed
• Liaise with print vendors and manage production timelines Manage Tools & Content
• Maintain design templates and marketing collateral
• Help organize and catalogue visual assets including photography and project imagery

Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional design experience, preferably in architecture, design, or related industries (knowledge of architectural principles a plus)
• A degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field
• A strong portfolio that demonstrates excellence in both print and digital design
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
• A solid understanding of layout, typography, and brand design
• High attention to detail
• Excellent time management and communication skills
