This role involves working with cross-functional teams to support the delivery of high-quality work on time and on budget. The firm is looking for a systems thinker with strong design sensibility, excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

  • Set up project folders, templates, schedules, budgets, and startup documentation.
  • Ensure contracts, scopes, and internal approvals are completed and properly filed.
  • Aggregate project data and updates from teams to support scheduling, planning, and resourcing.
  • Coordinate with Finance to ensure accurate project data in Ajera and support financial tracking.
  • Help coordinate and execute pilot projects across the firm.
  • Compile and analyze project metrics to support decision-making and strategic planning.
  • Prepare performance reports and insights to guide project and organizational goals.
  • Identify resourcing gaps or conflicts and make data-informed recommendations.
  • Support the adoption and refinement of project management tools and systems.

  • 2-4 years of experience in project coordination, operations, or administrative support, ideally within the AEC industry.
  • Familiarity with project management systems (preferable Deltek Ajera) and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with data visualization tools is a plus.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate with senior leaders.
  • Understanding of business principles with potential to grow into architectural service delivery knowledge.
  • Detail-oriented, systems-minded, and comfortable adapting to evolving platforms and shifting priorities with a proactive and resilient approach.
