Responsibilities
- Lead complex, multi-phase projects from concept to construction
- Manage schedule, budget, and resources
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and consultants
- Act as primary client contact
- Ensure compliance with Quebec codes and standards
- Oversee construction and resolve technical issues
- Manage risks, contracts, and project performance
- Support business development initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in interior design
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in interior design, including significant experience in project management (multi-phase, multidisciplinary) and all stages of a project (budget management, scheduling, issue assessment, risk management, etc.)
- Experience in managing budgets and timelines
- Experience managing multiple stakeholders (clients, developers, etc.)
- Proficiency in Revit (a strong asset)
- Proven leadership and ability to mobilize teams toward project objectives
- Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail in managing assignments
- Bilingual in English and French, both written and spoken, as you will be collaborating with Québec-based teams
