Studio Seilern Architects is seeking a talented Senior Architect with a track record in the delivery of residential and commercial projects and of varying sizes in UK and internationally to join its team in London.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Three to five years’ of post-Part 3 experience in the UK, as well as experience on a range of high-end commercial projects
• Experience with planning in central London or USA would be an advantage
• Advanced understanding of building regulations
• Experience in coordination of structural and MEP
• Ability to demonstrate an understanding of on-site construction, a knowledge of procurement routes and ability to direct and work within a larger team
• Experience with interiors joinery packages and bespoke items detailing
• Confident construction drawing package experience and technical knowledge of building components
• Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritise
• A high degree of proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit is essential such as experience with Adobe Suite and Rhino
• Eloquence in both written and spoken English
• Excellent organisational skills, a strong attention to detail and have a proactive and positive disposition
• Excellent communication  and interpersonal skills, and the ability to liaise at all levels and confident in cultivating relationships
• Practical and strategic thinker who is self-motivated and able to work autonomously
