Giannone Petricone Associates is hiring a Senior Interior Designer with 5+ years of professional working experience. You’ll be based out of their office in Toronto, working on-site. This is an opportunity to contribute to the design of hospitality and commercial spaces. This role involves sharing design ideas, communicate clearly, develop concepts and present unique design proposals. Giannone Petricone Associates Inc. is looking for someone with experience in concept design, contract administration and working on a variety of project types.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate internal project deliverables in collaboration with associates
• Provide oversight throughout all stages of the project while guiding concept development and rpesentation materials
• Lead the production of architectural drawings, models, and detailed construction documents
• Support associates in site coordination and contract administration, resolving construction issues alongside contractors and conducting field reviews
• Analyze and apply relevant building codes, zoning by-laws, and technical documents
• Uphold quality standards through consistent review, mentorship, and collaborative leadership

Qualifications

• You must have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in architecture and/or interior design
• Minimum 5 years of professional working experience (not including cooperative education placements)
• Must be proficient in REVIT
• Expected start date: June 30, 2025
