Bjarke Ingels Group (BIG) is hiring an Urban Designer with 3 to 7 years of experience. You’ll be based out of their office in London, United Kingdom. This is an opportunity to be responsible for concept generation and the delivery of projects of varying scale and typology in the UK and Middle East. Bjarke Ingels Group (BIG) is looking for someone who has experience with technical detailing, construction documentation and construction administration.

Qualifications

• Professional qualification as an Architect or an overseas equivalent
• 3-7 years post-qualification experience as an Architect/Designer, ideally also with Urban Design/Landscape qualification or experience
• Proficiency with Rhino and Revit (Grasshopper and/or GIS experience is a plus)
• Experience with masterplan projects and/or projects in the Middle East is advantageous
• Excellent communication skills, and fluency in English – spoken and written
• Fluency in Arabic – spoken and written – is a plus
